I am leaving the Bu at the end of feb and want to pass on my place. I lived here for over two years and in all the places I have been in that time one thing is so apparent. It really is where you live... and when that is a 2 min, yes 2 min!! walk from the beach the summer takes on a whole new level of satisfaction.
The rent is W330,000 based on 3million key money. You can negotiate for a better price with more key money. Bills are anywhere from W70,000 to W90,000 based on your usage.
The lanlord lives across the street and is quite the character but he always comes if I have any issues of which there were two early (a fridge which was replaced with a brand new one, and a water issue) and nothing since.
The big reason I am helping my landlord out with filling the place is that I want to sell my stuff as part of the deal. Everything here comes as part of the deal...
a very comfy double bed with plenty of blankets,
a quality large desk with a office chair,
quality reading lamp,
great computer speakers with a subwoofer,
pots and pans and cutlery and more!!!
There is even an inflatable boat for the summer. Each of these was aquired by myself and lugged up here. It is such an amazing thing to come into an equiped place. I would like W500,000 for everything in the apartment.
The building itself is fine, free parking downstairs for motorcycles or bikes and there is always an ajussi on call. There are quite a few ex-pats here so you are always bound to run into a friendly face.
